Location: All classes will take place at the home studio. Please call 905-510-6948 or email peaceiswithinyou@gmail.com for location. Space is limited for group sessions. Students are asked to call or email by 3 pm on the day of class to secure a spot. Spots will be reserved on a first come-first served basis. Private sessions take place on Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, and on Saturday from 11 am – 3 pm.
** Please note: For those with cat allergies, there are cats on the premises. They are kept out of the practice space and we do use a hepa air filter. Nevertheless, please make the best possible decision for yourself .
