YOGA ETIQUETTE
Please allow yourself time to prepare for class. Aim to arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to set up your mat and to begin to relax into your experience. If you are late arriving to class, please enter the practice space quietly with deep regard for those who have already started their session. Quietly find a space, roll out your mat without disturbing your neighbour, and join in.
As yoga is a contemplative practice, please keep chatting at the beginning of class to a dull roar and, as much as possible, refrain from speaking during class. Questions may be posed after class.
Many people are allergic or sensitive to scents or colognes. As much as possible, please refrain from wearing strong smelling scents.
Please turn off all cellphones and other devices prior to the start of class.
